5. For merger bookings, physical presence of original owner at BWC office is mandatory.
6. OS Block registrations at PKR 19,25,000+ per 7 Marla cannot be merged.
7. Maximum merging limits apply — any excess amount will be surrendered.
8. Booking transfer requires written consent and applicable transfer fee.
9. Client will receive a Booking Reference Number to track status online.
10. For disputes, jurisdiction shall be Lahore courts.
